Sigma 18-300mm f/3.5-6.3 DC OS HSM Macro Contemporary

Price will be $579. The Canon, Nikon and Sigma mounts will be available in late September or early October. There is no release date for the Sony and Pentax versions yet.
With 4 FLD (fluorite-like low dispersion) elements, the optical design is rather advanced for a superzoom lens. In comparison, the 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 DC OS HSM Contemporary does not incorporate any FLD glass.
Both AF and OS are newly developed and said to offer better performance. Field testing will tell.
The lens has a native maximum magnification ratio of 1:3, which can be extend down to 1:2 with a dedicated closeup lens that also allows infinity focus in the 80-300mm range. Set to be released in December.

Sigma 150-600mm f/3.5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary & Sports

The Sports version will cost ￡1,599.99 with VAT in the UK (around 2,600 USD, but I expect it to be closer to $2k), and should be available in early October. No info on pricing of its Contemporary sibling.
The C will be available for all mounts except Pentax, and the S only for Canon, Nikon and Sigma.
Sigma promises “brilliant performance” at the telephoto end (they say that for the C, but the S is supposed to be even better). Again, field testing will be the judge.
The S offers complete weather sealing, while the C is sealed around the mount only.

Sigma dp1 Quattro

Price to be announced, most likely the same as the dp2 Quattro. Available in mid-October.
It’s the only dp Quattro to have a redesigned lens.
Sigma TC-1401 1.4× and TC-2001 2× Teleconverters

Pricing is $349 and $399 respectively. Expected to hit the shelves in October.
If the camera supports it, AF is functional up to f/8 with Global Vision lenses. Sigma also points out: “When shooting subjects with low contrast or luminosity value, focus may not be spot on the subject“.
The TCs will be available in Canon, Nikon and Sigma mounts.
They incorporate SLD glass element to maintain high image quality, and are weather sealed for rainy birding sessions.
New lines of filters

Available in October.
Three “WR” (water-repellent, antistatic) lines: WR Circular Polarizing filters, WR UV filters, WR Protector filters. One normal line, called Protector filters.
13 sizes, from 46 to 105mm.
